Comfortable, elegant guest rooms. Bathrooms with an abundance of thick fluffy towels and exclusive “Lavender Lane” toiletries.

We have two guest rooms available. The “Rose Room” situated at street level has a Queen size bed and own adjoining bathroom. Downstairs is the “Magnolia Room” with a King size bed, Single bed and a shared bathroom.

Also located downstairs is the Guest Lounge with a flat screen TV, where you can make a tea or coffee and sample some of our complimentary home baking. Or you may wish to enjoy a glass of wine on your private deck overlooking the garden.

Secure undercover parking is available.

We are located just 5 minutes drive from the City Centre and are also on the City Link bus route. Local shops are located just a short walk away and include a Dairy, Takeaways and a TSB bank. Just around the corner is “Dream Beauty” where you can pamper yourself with a massage or beauty treatments.
